About the Speakers
Chief Marketing Officer, Sony Pictures China
Joseph currently serves as CMO of Sony Pictures China, supervising marketing, distribution and licensing of consumer products. He has 12 years of experience in the film business, with expertise ranging from production, marketing & distribution, international sales and licensing.
Before joining Sony Pictures, Joseph served as VP of Marketing in Legendary Pictures and as Marketing Director in Twentieth Century Fox. His film projects include Titanic 3D, Life of Pi, Ice Age 4, Wall Street 2 etc. He is also producer of the movie "When Love Comes", which won the Best Picture in the 2010 Golden Horse Award and in the 11th Chinese Media Award.

Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) is a subsidiary of Sony Entertainment Inc., a subsidiary of the Tokyo-based Sony Corporation. SPE's global operations encompass motion picture production, acquisition and distribution; television production, acquisition and distribution; television networks; digital content creation and distribution; operation of studio facilities; and development of new entertainment products, services and technologies.

Yvonne Wang is a well-recognized business leader with over 22 years of solid and extensive professional experiences with multinational companies serving as COO and CFO. Yvonne is in charge of day to day operations of the companies in China, not only involving in overall company strategy planning, M&A, but also business development, operation efficiency, as well as all back office functions.
Yvonne Wang is a Certified Public Accountant in California and a graduate of the Global EMBA(GEMBA) from USC Marshall and Shanghai Jiaotong University. She has been involved in many business IPOs and M&As. She is a highly recognized leader and mentor by all companies that she has served and the COO/CFO community (recently was invited by CFO Innovation Forum as a speaker).
Yvonne has also been heavily involved in many Charity projects both internally and externally of the company, such as 光爱学校 (an orphanage/school in Beijing), a Miao embroidery project to promote Chinese culture and support local women in Yunnan province, and the Hope Project supporting both schools and students in Yunnan Province.
Hearst Media is one of the largest diversified media conglomerates with more than 360 businesses worldwide. Its major business include television networks such as ESPN, A&E, History and Lifetime; 30 television stations, and more than 300 magazines around the world including Cosmopolitan, ELLE, Harper ’s BAZAAR and Car & Driver; and also digital and video services businesses such as BuzzFeed, VICE and Awesomeness TV.
